I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the spacious room facing the pedestrian-only street was perfect for my family of four. The warm welcome with essential items on the bed was a lovely touch. Although the service was very good, especially from the front desk and breakfast staff, I did find it a bit 'cold' at times. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the old city and a bike rental shop around the corner. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
